"विद्या ददाति विनयम”
The motto of the college “ विद्या ददाति विनयम” envisions to inculcate the qualities of truthfulness and good conduct, that have long been the cultural heritage of our nation.
This sentence is from ‘Upanishad’. Here, Vidhya means “Knowledge”. It is not the knowledge from any book. This knowledge is based on our eternal way of life, the knowledge of our theology. The knowledge that brings humility, making us disciplined. It is the knowledge of worthiness, and this worthiness provides us wealth, enrichment to render in the form of good deeds towards society. In simple words, we can say that the person who has the knowledge is the one who is humble, and who also knows how to bend to seek more and serve.
